Proper nutrition fuels us for optimal health and vitality. Food can be “medicine” for our wellness. Food choices can also become very destructive for our health.  Also, there are lots of myths out there about food and how to eat.  Let’s demystify this!  Proper nutrition is not “a diet.”

Sleep

Sleep is one of the most important aspects of our overall well being.  Sleeping habits can rapidly affect physical and emotional health.  Sleep loss leads to fatigue, memory loss, weight management problems, and emotional disturbances.

Recovery & Regeneration

We all need downtime. Rest and recovery are important for physical, mental, & emotional recovery. Recovery can involve stretching, massage, meditation, and mindfulness to relieve the stress from our bodies, minds, & spirits.

A holistic approach to health includes the mind, brain, & emotions. How we interpret and cope with the daily stressors around us has a tremendous effect on health & wellness.
